Refund policy

• To request a return, please submit your request here. 
• NASCLA does not refund shipping & handling fees.
• NASCLA can issue a refund/exchange for any order that meets the following criteria:
  • Order must be within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Book(s) must be the most current edition.
  • The book must be returned in its original shrink-wrap packaging, as it was received. Books that have been opened, highlighted, written in, or have tabs will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Returns or exchanges for books purchased from an outside third-party company will not be accepted.
• If your examination has a 60–90-day grace period to use either the previous edition or the newest released edition, NASCLA will not accept any refunds or exchanges for the previous edition.
