In September of 2007 NASCLA held its 45th Annual Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 26-28. The Annual Conference was designed to bring together our members, trade associations, regulatory bodies and industry professionals to discuss and exchange information on licensing and regulation in the construction industry.
