Carolyn Lazenby, Executive Director with the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors; appointed January 1, 2005. She has been with the Board since November, 1989. Their Board is within the Department of Commerce and Insurance and a Division of Regulatory Boards. She oversees the licensing of Contractors, Limited Licensed Electricians, Limited Licensed Plumbers and the Home Improvement Commission.
