SHIPPING POLICY

  • NASCLA Publications will ship your order within 2 business days.
  • FedEx Next Day Air will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If Saturday delivery is required, an additional charge will be included.
  • FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • It is at the sole discretion of the FedEx Delivery Person whether or not the package will be left on the doorstep if no one is available to accept it. The FedEx Delivery Person will base this on whether or not it is a safe neighborhood and if the package is out of the general sight of passerby's.

RETURN POLICY

  • All books can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
  • NPI does not refund shipping & handling fees.
  • All books being returned must be in the original condition that they were sold. If a book was shrink wrapped it must be returned with the shrink wrap in tact.

*NOTE* Credit Cards are processed in our office. If the credit card is declined, missing any information or any information is not correct we will contact the customer by phone or email.
